Aquatic Life Cold 1 standards were used to compare with analytical results for the seven metals that apply in evaluating streams for classification as Colorado Outstanding Waters.​​

The criteria shown for that comparison in the tables below have been hardness-adjusted, as required, except as is not necessary for selenium.

The analytical results are from samples collected seasonally since summer 2020 at nine study area streams, the same shown in non-metals findings.

As evident from examining the tables below, no metals (dissolved) concentrations at the nine streams were higher than the standards.
